Home Products Show Seminars Offer Expert Advice, Real Costs and Ideas
The Home Products Show offers more than unlimited access to the experts and hundreds of booths to explore. Each year, the Show also features dozens of seminars that are included with admission to the Show. This year the Show is free to attend (Dane County facility parking fee still applies).
From hybrid heating systems and tankless water heaters to kitchen and bath design, there is sure to be a seminar that will help you make your home more beautiful or energy efficient. Returning this year is the popular geothermal heating seminar. This session will cover the basic science of ground source heat pumps (GSHPs), applications for your home and the benefits of using GSHPs. Other eco-friendly seminars include topics such as indoor air quality, green building and remodeling, and solar power.
There are also a wide array of topics that will help you plan your next remodeling project, including: siding, window options and installation, sunrooms and additions, and paint color selection. Seminars are approximately an hour in duration, followed by an additional 30-minute question and answer period.
